How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Roughly 10 - 14 days after payment.

How do I track the status of my order?

As soon as we will receive a tracking number from our shipping partner, we will provide it to you.

Will my order come in one package?

In most cases yes. We ship from several warehouses across China, the country of origin. However, certain items we have in stock in Prague, Czech Republic, either for testing purposes or to provide better delivery times prior to seasonal sales (christmas, etc..)

If your order is late, came damaged or you have received something completely else - please reach out to us. We will do everything in our power to help you as much as needed.
